Riya Cars – Terms & Conditions

1. Vehicle Capacity
   • Maximum 4 passengers for Sedan.
   • Maximum 7 passengers for SUV / Innova category vehicles.
2. Minimum Kilometer Policy
   • One Way Trip – Minimum 130 KM billing.
   • Round Trip – Minimum 250 KM billing.
   • Bangalore Round Trip – Minimum 300 KM per day (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM).
3. Round Trip Timing
   • One-day round trip starts at 6:00 AM and closes at 12:00 Midnight at your pickup location.
   • After 12:00 Midnight, Driver Bata (night allowance) will be charged extra.
4. Waiting Charges (During Trip)
   • Sedan – ₹150 per hour
   • SUV – ₹200 per hour
   • Innova – ₹200 per hour
   • Innova Crysta – ₹250 per hour
5. Hill Station Charges
   • Sedan – ₹400
   • SUV – ₹500
   • Innova – ₹500
   • Innova Crysta – ₹600
6. Break Policy
   • Food break, tea break, and restroom breaks are allowed.
   • No waiting charges for reasonable short breaks.
7. Cancellation Policy
   • ₹500 cancellation charge if booking is cancelled after driver arrival.
8. Luggage Policy
   • Luggage in roof carrier – ₹400 extra (if mentioned in quotation).
9. Kilometer Reading
   • Starting and ending KM readings must be noted at trip start and end.
10. Permit & Driver Bata

• Permit charges and Driver Bata will be as per quotation.
• Interstate permit charges are applicable where required.

1. Toll Charges

• Toll fees will be paid via FASTag by the driver.
• Toll amount will be added to the final bill.

1. Payment Mode

• Payment can be made via Online Transfer or Cash.

1. Billing Calculation

• End of Trip (EOT) bill is calculated based on:
  • Total running KM
  • Toll charges (FASTag)
  • Interstate permit (if applicable)
  • Hill station charges (if applicable)
  • Waiting charges (if applicable)
  • Driver Bata (if applicable)
